Fingeste's team is specialized in M & A, Restructuring, Capital Raising and Structured Operations for medium and large companies
Incorporated in Lisbon on 2013 the company develop projects based on the understanding of the specific context and strategy of each client, with the application of solid business fundamentals, always oriented towards the creation of shareholder value
We carry out national and international transactions in several sectors such as retail, consumer goods, hotels, energy, real estate, health, metallurgy and telecommunications
In 2016 Fingeste became a member of M&A Worldwide, a global network of over 40 investment banks and financial boutiques in more than 40 countries, with the goal of expanding its operations
Through permanent collaboration with the various offices and sector specialists located in the main financial centers, we assure that Fingeste has direct or indirect action in these geographies, and that the network concluded more than 1000 operations amounting to + € 10.0 billion
